Lobster Spring roll

Lobster and julienne of seasonal vegetables in crispy spring roll wrapper and whisky jalapeno jam. 37 

Pan seared digby scallops

 pan seared scallops flambéed with our 10yr rare whisky, in a mushroom maple crème. 32

Ambassador salad

House greens tossed with whisky honey mustard emulsion, walnut praline, toasted croustini with Skye glen chive infused fresh quark. 22

 

***Mains***

Atlantic Lobster linguini

Fresh shucked Atlantic lobster, sautéed with chive oil, served in our house made smoked tomato vodka sauce topped with imported parmesan cheese and pancetta crisp. 47

Cape smoky swordfish

Local Atlantic swordfish char-grilled, served with rice pilaf and seasonal veg. Topped with Pico di gallo and scallion frappe.  42

Beef short rib

 A generous bone in beef short rib slow braised till fork tender, cereal killer stout gravy. Served with roasted garlic chive mash potato and seasonal vegetables. 44

Grilled supreme of chicken

Grilled herb marinated supreme of chicken with rosemary roasted tricolour baby potatoes, seasonal vegetables and topped with whisky mushroom Madeira sauce. 37

Pan-fried summer polenta

Roasted Sweet potato, sundried tomato polenta served with a tomato vegetable ratatouille on a bed of honey herb greens. 29
